Perfect to take carry it as a packed meal too!
Have these?
Basic
- A carrot
- A capsicum
- An onion
- Leftover rice - 1 cup
- An Egg (or maybe 2!)
- Ginger paste - 1/2 tsp
- Soya sauce - 1tsp
- Vinegar - 1/2 tsp
- Salt to taste
- Pepper - 1/3 tsp
- Oil - 5 tbsp
If Silly is going on a date, spice it up with
- 3-4 broccoli florets
- Sausage, Boneless chicken
- Mushroom
Basically anything that would turn him on! 😉
Clean all you veggies thoroughly and cut them into uneven big chunks and throw them all in together into Mr Veggie Cutter .
Remember the finer you chop the veggies, the tastier your fried rice
Now in Miss Kadai , throw in some oil and sauté all the finely chopped veggies. Add ginger paste, salt, pepper, vinegar and soya sauce. This is a also good time to add all your extra fancy ingredients like broccoli, sausage etc. Cook on a low flame with the lid closed for 3 minutes. Add 2-3 tbsp of oil.
Now push all the veggies to the sides of the kadai and burst open 2 eggs in between. Scramble them to death.
Add rice. Mix well. Eat!
